1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PrankScreen, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
2. Description of Service
PrankScreen is a consumer entertainment application that provides simulated visual and audio prank effects on Android devices, including cracked-screen illusions, glitches, scares, physics-driven interactions, and other cinematic experiences.
3. Entertainment Purpose
PrankScreen is for entertainment only. Effects are illusions. The app does not physically damage hardware, inject malware, or access your photos/microphone for recording as part of the core experience.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app. Use good judgment. Do not frighten people in ways that could cause panic, harm, or legal trouble. Always be safe and respectful.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use PrankScreen to:
- Impersonate authorities, emergency services, or institutions
- Commit fraud or financial deception
- Deceive people in harmful, coercive, or illegal ways
- Create false emergency situations
- Facilitate harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Cause property damage or physical harm
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property
The PrankScreen name, branding, UI, effects, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or redistribute the app beyond Google Play’s normal use.
7. Purchases
Optional Pro features may be offered via Google Play Billing (subscriptions and/or lifetime unlock). Prices are displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase.
8. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. See our Subscription Terms for details.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Contact Google Play support for purchase disputes when required by those policies.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may use Google Play services, Google Play Billing, and advertising SDKs such as AdMob. Those services are subject to their own terms.
11. Availability
We aim to keep PrankScreen available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the app.
12. Disclaimer
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the product. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
